Not only did the staff go above and beyond to help me find my lost bracelet, but they also provided excellent ironing facilities that were a lifesaver for my wrinkled clothes. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the patio was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee from the nearby Muster Custom Coffee shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine in my room, making it so convenient to freshen up my clothes after a long day of exploring the city. the well-stocked cookware and kitchen utensils made it easy for me to prepare a delicious meal using local ingredients from MerseyMade. Overall, my experience at the hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.
